By shipping with us, you agree to the following:
Customer agrees that Qwik Pack & Ship shall not be liable for articles lost, damaged, delayed or misdelivered as the result of the act of omission of a carrier or any other pary other that Qwik Pack & Ship and that Qwik Pack & Ship’s sole duty shall be to deliver the article to the carreir in the same condition as received by Qwik Pack & Ship from the customer. Furthermore, Qwik Pack & Ship shall not be liable for damage to articles packed by the customer. Customer understands that both the contents and the packaging of any damaged package must be saved for inspection by the carrier. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT QWIK PACK & SHIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR DAMAGE TO ARTICLES NOT READILY APPARENT BY VISUAL INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE IN EXCESS OF THE DECLARED VALUE OF THE ARTICLES, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. If the articles are lost, damaged or misdelivered, the customer should contact Qwik Pack & Ship within 15 days of the shipment and Qwik Pack & Ship will assist in filing a tracer or damage claim with the carrier.
